Dashboard
The dashboard is the home screen of a team workspace (/t/<teamId>/dashboard). It's
built around one question — what needs me now? — and it's the place to start
(or end) any working session.
If the team has no connected accounts yet, the dashboard is replaced by a connect-accounts prompt — everything below unlocks once the first channel is linked (see Connect a channel).
Filters
One toolbar governs the whole page:
- Account — scope every widget to one connected account, or All accounts (the default).
- Window — 7, 30 (default), or 90 days. Comparison deltas always measure against the equal-length period immediately before the window, so "↑ 12%" means versus the previous 30 days when you're on 30d.
The hero: what needs your review
The status strip at the top is a summary plus a set of deep links:
{count}items need your review — pending approvals in ideation, with a Review button that jumps straight there. When nothing is pending, it says everything's in hand.- Status chips (all clickable): agents active → Automate, scheduled today → calendar, published → posts, and a pending-approvals pill → ideation. Chips that are zero render muted.
- Compose button — straight into the composer.
- Avg engagement — the window's engagement ÷ impressions, with a period-over-period delta and a daily engagement sparkline.
Publishing cadence
A column chart of posts published per day over the window, bucketed to your
local day. The header sums it up: total posts, average per day, how many days
you actually posted ({posted}/{total} days), and the current posting streak.
What's working
- Top posts — your best 5 performers in the window, switchable between engagement, reach, saves, and impressions. Rows link to the internal post (or the platform permalink if the post was deleted locally).
- Top vs bottom — your best and lowest post by engagement side by side, with the gap as a multiplier (shown when the best performed ≥2× the worst). Needs at least two published posts.
- Content performance — average engagement broken out by post type and by caption tone, so you can see which formats and voices earn attention.
When & where
- Best time to post — a 7-day × 4-block heatmap (morning, afternoon, evening, night) of engagement density. Recommended cells carry the reason as a tooltip. Unlocks after ~5 published posts — before that the widget tells you exactly that.
- Platform performance — impressions and engagement rate per connected platform. Shown in All-accounts mode; when you filter to a single account the heatmap takes the full width instead.
Your agents
- Agent health — each agent's status dot: healthy, degraded (some consecutive failures), failed (hit its failure threshold and paused itself), or inactive. Shows posts this week against its weekly limit and failure counts; rows link to the agent's detail page.
- Goals — active, non-paused goals with progress bars, days left, and an on-track / behind verdict (on-track needs ≥80% of the linear pace to the target).
- Post pipeline — posts by stage (draft, scheduled, published, failed) and the success rate, tinted amber when it drops below 95%.
Engagement & inbox
- Engagement breakdown — likes, comments, shares, and saves as a share of total engagement.
- Inbox activity — incoming comments, mentions, and DMs counted from the inbox, plus unread count.
- AI usage — AI actions used this month against your plan's allowance, with a progress bar that turns amber past 80%. See plans.
