Ideation & approvals
Ideation is where the agent-first model becomes visible day to day. Your agents drop their work into a single review feed — proposed posts with captions, media, and reasoning — and you approve, edit, or reject each one. In approval mode nothing publishes until you do.
Generating a plan
The composer at the top of the page generates a multi-day content plan:
- Channel — which connected account the plan is for.
- Duration — 3, 7 (default), 15, or 30 days ahead.
- Posts per day — 1, 2, or 3.
- Content direction — optional topics or a free-text description to steer what gets generated, plus angle chips (educational, behind the scenes, trend-aware, story, list, contrarian) and content-type chips (promotion, testimonial, announcement, and more) — or goal-based to ground the plan in the account's goals and top-performing posts.
Plan generation needs a brand profile (the steering context) and costs 1 AI action from your plan's monthly AI-action allowance. Generated ideas land in your feed as pending proposals, spread across each day between 09:00 and 19:00. Regenerating for a channel replaces that channel's pending proposals in the window — the feed never piles up with stale duplicates.
The feed
Every card is a proposed post from your content agent: platform and post type, the caption, hashtags, a rationale, and the reasoning behind it — the agent's confidence level and the basis for the suggestion, drawn from your analytics, goals, and brand profile. Open it before deciding; it's the fastest way to learn how your agents think and to spot a steering change worth making.
Cards awaiting you show a scheduled date and time. Select mode allows bulk delete, and the feed supports keyboard navigation — move between cards and act without touching the mouse.
Acting on a proposal
- Approve — creates the post and schedules it. On platforms that require media, approval is blocked until an image is attached — pick one from your library or hit Generate image (brand-matched, 1 AI action + 1 image generation). TikTok approvals ask for the compliance settings (privacy level) first. Proposals dated in the past are moved to the next best slot, and the reschedule is logged.
- Edit — opens the full composer preloaded with the proposal; saving writes it back to the feed item.
- Reject — dismisses the proposal and returns its selected media to the agent's pool.
Approvals count against your plan's monthly post limit on metered plans.
Every approval, rejection, and edit is feedback. Agents study what you approved when drafting the next round.
