Link in bio

Every team can publish a public link-in-bio page at post.buzz/@handle — the one link that belongs in your social profiles. The editor (team workspace → Link in Bio) is a live what-you-see-is-what-you-get editor: form on the left, live preview of the public page on the right (a floating Preview button on mobile).

Your plan sets how many link-in-bio pages your organization can publish (1 on Starter and Creator's entry tier, up to 25 on Agency). The quota is counted per organization, not per team.

Claiming your handle

The first save asks for a handle — it becomes your public URL (post.buzz/@handle). Rules:

  • 3–32 characters: lowercase letters, numbers, dashes, underscores. Input is slugified and validated as you type, and taken handles are rejected with a conflict error.
  • Leave it blank and one is derived from your team name (with -2, -3… suffixes on collision).
  • Changing a handle later warns you first — the old link breaks everywhere it's been posted.

Building the page

Each section saves independently:

  • Profile — display name, one-line bio, and avatar (image, ≤5 MB — uploaded directly, not via your media library, so it doesn't count against storage). The Published switch takes the page live or offline without losing anything.
  • Theme — accent color and background (swatches or hex), and a button style: rounded, pill, square, or outline.
  • Social links — tiles for the major platforms (each usable once) plus a custom entry with its own label, all with URLs.
  • Featured banner — an optional highlighted strip with an image (≤5 MB), title, and link. Use it for whatever currently matters most — a launch, a lead magnet, an event.
  • Links — an ordered list of up to 50 buttons and section headings. Reorder by drag handle or arrow buttons; each link has a label and URL.
  • Post grid — feature up to 50 published posts from your workspace as tiles (the picker lists your 500 most recent published posts). Each tile can carry its own link URL — linked tiles open that URL on the public page, unlinked ones open the image in a lightbox. Reorder like links; saving replaces the selection.
  • Analytics — total views and link clicks, with a per-item and per-post breakdown sorted by clicks, so you can see which links earn their spot.
  • Share — the public URL with a copy button and a downloadable QR code.

The public page

Visitors get your avatar, name, bio, and social icons, the banner (if any), your link buttons, and the featured-posts grid — themed exactly as previewed. Views are counted once per visitor session; every link and linked post tile records its own click. Unpublished pages return a not-found page — nothing leaks while you're editing.
