Profile

Your profile holds your account details, linked sign-in methods, and preferences. Most of what affects your day-to-day experience — channels, posting timezone, brand voice — lives elsewhere, but this is where your identity is managed.

What's here​

  • Name and avatar — how you appear in the app and on team mentions.
  • Email address — your sign-in email and the address we send notifications to. Requires verification when changed.
  • Linked providers — which sign-in methods are active (email/password, Google). See Security.
  • Notification preferences — control which events trigger notifications (inbox items, publish failures, agent decisions, etc.) and where they're delivered.
  • Connected channels — the social accounts linked to you. Managed under Accounts.

Changing your email​

When you change your email, we send a verification link to the new address and keep the old one valid until you confirm. This prevents losing access if you mistype it.

Identity and linking​

If you sign up with Google and later add email/password (or vice versa) using the same email, the accounts are automatically linked. Google is a trusted provider for same-email linking. Manage linked providers from your profile or security settings.
