Teams
A team is a workspace inside your organization
that groups social accounts — typically one per brand, client, or campaign.
Everything in the app happens inside a team: the dashboard, posts, inbox,
agents, and settings are all per-team (/t/<teamId>/…).
Why teams
- Separation — each team has its own dashboard, ideation feed, agents, goals, brand profile, link-in-bio page, and calendar. A client's content never mixes with yours.
- Organization — every connected account belongs to exactly one team. Accounts move between teams from their settings drawer.
- Context switching — the sidebar's team switcher swaps your whole view in one click; your last team is remembered per browser.
New workspaces start with a single default team. Create more from Settings → Teams: give each a name and an optional description, edit or deactivate them later.
Rules
- A team can be renamed or given a description at any time.
- Deleting a team requires moving or removing its accounts first — the error says exactly that.
- The last team in an organization can't be deleted.
- Deleting the active team switches you to another automatically.
Teams vs organizations
| Organization | Team | |
|---|---|---|
| Owns | Billing, members, API keys | Social accounts, content, agents |
| Count | Plan's workspaces quota | Unlimited |
| Membership | Owner / admin / member | Shared across the org |
One brand → one org, one team. An agency with isolated clients → one org per client (separate billing and members), teams inside each. An agency where everyone sees everything → one org, one team per client.
