Manage billing
Manage your subscription, payment methods, and credit packs from Settings → Billing. Billing is personal — each user manages their own plan, independent of any organization they belong to.
Change plans
Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated: you're charged (or credited) the difference for the remaining billing period.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately — you get the higher limits right away.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you've paid for.
Payment methods
post.buzz processes payments through Stripe (and supports Dodo Payments as an alternate processor in some regions). Update your card or payment method from billing settings; changes apply to your next billing cycle.
Buy credit packs
Top up your credits balance with a one-time credit pack purchase. The purchase is handled as a Stripe one-time payment; credits land in your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Invoices and receipts
Past invoices are available under billing history. Download them for accounting or reimbursement.
Trials and cancellation
- New Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial (annual billing optional). Cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
- Cancelling a paid plan reverts you to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your content, accounts, and analytics are preserved.
